Stephanie Howard, “Steph H” on the Echelon leaderboard, began her fitness journey with a powerful purpose. With a family history of strokes, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and dementia, she joined the Echelon Fit community to take control of her health and build a stronger future for herself and her children.

What keeps her showing up for every ride and workout? The motivating energy, accountability, and genuine friendships she’s found within the Echelon community. For Stephanie, Echelon isn’t just a workout platform, it’s a supportive fitness family that inspires her to stay consistent, push harder, and become the strongest version of herself.

Q: Who is your favourite instructor?

A: Reed


Q: How did you get started with Echelon?

A: I worked with Amy Hager and knew I needed to do something with a family history of stroke, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and dementia. I don’t want my kids to have to worry about my future health issues.


Q: What is your favourite part about the Echelon Community?

A: Living in Chattanooga and seeing instructors and members who visit. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and non judgmental.


Q: How has Echelon impacted your life?

A: I hadn’t exercised regularly before Echelon for about 30 years. Now I exercise regularly, complete upwards of 3000 bike miles a year, and I've made some awesome friends.


Q: What keeps you motivated?

A: Positive peer pressure. The wonderful instructors and the community. I love to ride to celebrate someone’s milestone.


Q: What tips do you want to share with other members to achieve their fitness goals?

A: Find your tribe. Try out all the class types and lengths. You may be surprised with what you can do.


Q: What makes Echelon different than our competitors?

A: The community.
