In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. The items must be returned in their entirety, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including the user manual and power adaptor, and must be in an “as new” condition (including but not limited to no scratches or dents). You will need to fill in the ‘Contact Us’ form or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) for your return request.
We can arrange the collection and return of your order. This will incur a shipping and restocking fee of £99.99, which will be deducted from any refund paid. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Please note the 30-day return option only applies to purchases made through Echelon Fitness UK Limited website (echelonfit.uk) and not from other sellers of Echelon Fitness products. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from Echelon Fitness UK Limited. Any goods returned in non-original packaging will not be accepted. On inspection, if any parts are noted as damaged or not in an "as new" condition, the customer may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.
Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 30 days. Please note, Echelon Fitness UK Limited will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging.
Please note any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject to paying the return carriage cost incurred by Echelon Fitness UK Limited.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from Echelon Fitness UK Limited.

We really hope you love your Echelon products, but if for any reason you don’t, please follow these simple steps:
Should your product develop a fault, please email Echelon Fitness UK at CS@echelonfit.uk. We will help to identify the issue and resolve it as quickly and as efficiently as possible. If a part is required, we may be able to send this directly to you. In the event that the product needs to be returned for a replacement or a refund, we can then give you an RMA (returns code) and arrange for collection and collection documents to be sent to you. Please ensure the RMA code is written on the original packing note/invoice and dispatched within the item (DO NOT WRITE ON THE PACKAGING).
Refunds are only issued if Echelon Fitness UK is notified of the fault within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.
Items for collection must be packed in secure appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers within 7 days of you notifying us of the fault. When the carrier arrives to collect the goods, if they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect.
Once the items are received at Echelon Fitness UK Limited, we will inspect the product(s) and arrange to send out a replacement product if necessary. Please note that if we do not find the product to be faulty on its return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you. Please note that if proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all repairs.
Our orders are processed for delivery within 2-3 business days. If you wish to cancel your order, you must write to at CS@echelonfit.uk either before your order is dispatched or within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. Keep the item in the original packaging as delivered.

Subscription packages run until the end of their term, for example monthly, 1-yearly or 2-yearly and will auto-renew unless cancelled.
All Echelon Connect bikes come with a full one year’s warranty.
This limited warranty on Products starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for one year (the "Warranty Period").
The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
The Warranty does not cover damages due to: transportation, storage, improper use, failure to follow product instructions or to perform preventative maintenance, modifications, combination or use with any products, materials, processes, systems or other matter not provided or authorised in writing by Echelon Fit UK, unauthorised repair, normal wear and tear or external causes such as accidents, abuse or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
To obtain warranty service, you must email our Customer Service Department at CS@echelonfit.uk during the Warranty Period to obtain an RMA number. No warranty service will be provided without an RMA number. The serial number must be quoted at the time of any warranty submissions.
