Returns Policy

30 day returns Policy:

Please note the 30 day return option is only applicable to purchases made through Echelon Fitness UK Limited website and does not apply to purchases made from other sellers of Echelon Fitness equipment.  Customized items (e.g. manufactured to order only or imported especially for a specific customer) will not qualify for the 30 day returns option (should this be the case, you will be advised of this prior to shipment).

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (in its original packaging, delivery prepaid by you) to us for a refund or credit. If your notification to return is received in writing to after 7 days of receipt of goods, your refund or credit will be less any actual, delivery and/or assembly charges incurred by us, in getting the product delivered to you. Within 7 days you are only liable for return costs. Please note that any free of charge items received when purchasing the returned product(s) must also be returned or paid for in full. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Echelon Fitness UK Limited.

In order to return your goods, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be made using the original packaging and must arrive to us in good condition with freight pre-paid by you. The returned merchandise must be received back to Echelon Fitness UK Limited within 10 days of receiving the RMA. You must prepay all shipping charges and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment, which you will be liable for. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact (please ensure you write the RMA code on the original invoice/dispatch note and include with item (DO NOT WRITE ON THE PACKAGING). We will credit your purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with an RMA number.

Please note that returned goods bought from our website will be inspected when returned - goods not in "as new" condition may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 30 days; in the event of the item being returned to Echelon Fitness UK Limited. Please note Echelon Fitness UK Limited will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging. Please note any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject to paying the return carriage cost incurred by Echelon Fitness UK Limited.

Faulty products:

Please contact Echelon Fitness UK Limited, by using the email:  You will receive an RMA (returns code).  Please ensure this is written on the original packing note/invoice and dispatched within the item (DO NOT WRITE ON THE PACKAGING).

In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault (proof of purchase will be required) or is found to be faulty upon delivery, we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge or for an engineer to call at the discretion of the manufacturer. Items for collection must be packed in secure appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers within 7 days of you notifying us they are faulty. If when the carrier arrives to collect the goods, they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect.

Once the items are received at Echelon Fitness UK Limited, we will inspect the product(s) and arrange to send out a replacement product if necessary. Please note that if we do not find the product to be faulty on its return to us, we may send this item back to you and all delivery charges will be payable by you. Please note that if proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all repairs.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this catalogue for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification, perishable goods or goods purchased in store.

Please note that goods purchased in store are exchanged at the manager's discretion and may be subject to a re-stocking charge. To cancel your order you must write to us at either before your order is dispatched or within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.

If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to Echelon Fitness UK Limited. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing within 14 days of delivery of your item(s) it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Echelon Fitness UK Limited at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new, saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.
