Get ready to "Fall into Fitness" with our 5-day evening program, specifically designed to build strength, enhance mobility, and keep you consistent as the days get shorter. These fast and effective classes deliver full-body results in just 20 to 45 minutes, with a new focus each night:

  • Tuesday | 4:45 PM ET: Strength 20 – Chest & Back with Reed

Focusing on controlled, efficient movements, this full-body series will challenge your muscular endurance and functional fitness. Over the cycle, you'll push heavier, move better, and leave feeling strong, capable, and powerful.


Pilates with Jaime and Marc


Elevate your Pilates practice with this 12-week advanced series! Jaime and Marc will guide you through 20-minute classes utilizing the Pilates ring, mini ball, resistance band, and light weights. The first six weeks focus on building strength, balance, and precision with each prop, while the second half progresses into advanced flows, endurance work, and multi-prop sequences. Expect intentional, low-impact workouts that sculpt your body, improve posture, and deepen your core connection, helping you move with strength, confidence, and control.


Yoga with Ryn


Find your zen and build your strength with Yoga with Ryn! This program offers two distinct styles: deep relaxation through Restorative Yoga and dynamic strength and flow in Vinyasa Yoga. Both programs progress in length and complexity over six weeks, helping you develop confidence and consistency in your practice.


Barre with Jama and Ryn


Master the art of Barre with Cycle 4! This 12-week program moves beyond level progression, diving into mastery, props, and performance. You'll refine form, build muscular endurance, and add artistry to your practice through creative sequencing and prop integration. Phase 1 emphasises strength and sculpting with props, while Phase 2 transitions into performance-style classes that challenge stamina, flow, and expression. Expect a mix of ballet-inspired conditioning, functional strength, and graceful control that leaves you feeling strong and empowered.

Unleash your power with this 12-week advanced kettlebell program from Dani and Michael!
