2022 – Echelon’s Year in Review
2 min read

From racing across the world to celebrity rides, 2022 was an exciting year for Echelon, and we wanted to take the opportunity to look back at some of our top highlights from last year.

Dual Rides

In 2022 we were joined by a number of very special guests in our London studio. Our guest riders have included nutrition experts such as Sarah Carolides from Zooki, rugby superstars Jason Robinson and Chris Robshaw, as well as some members of the Echelon community!

Dual rides allow you to gain in-depth knowledge from experts, as well as hear some amazing experiences and motivation from some well-known names.

New Addition

The Echelon team continued to grow in 2022 with the addition of new instructor Rachael, who is affectionately known as “Thunder from down under” among the community. Rachael is from Sydney, Australia and is enthusiastic about pushing the Echefam towards their goals. She loves connecting with the global community and seeing regular names on the Leaderboard.

Race Across the World

This year we held a number of challenges for our Echelon members to take part in. Race Across the World was our biggest challenge to date. The challenge saw over 200 Echelon members team up to ride, run, or row the distance between our global Echelon studios and back. The target distance was 17,154km.

For this challenge, members joined different teams to compete against each other. Team leaders included Echelon instructors Rowan, Sage, Susanna, Demi and Rachael. They created team groups which members could interact with each other in and made sure to keep their teams motivated along the way.

Susanna’s team came out on top with an impressive total of 18,115km. It was amazing to see so much passion and teamwork from the community!

News

In 2022 we wanted to share our knowledge and tips with our users, and opted to do this through our News page. From gift guides to fitness insights, we shared over 35 blog articles over the past year. These are to help everyone, whether you are trying to decide what connected equipment to choose, or if you’re looking to improve your techniques. If you haven’t seen them, we would recommend youcheck them out here

Community Highlights

Community is the heart of everything we do at Echelon and this year we saw our community continue to grow, with over 5000 Echelon UK members in 2022. And of course, the Official Echelon Facebook community also continued to grow, and we now have a total of 3,100 members communicating via this page! Interested in finding out more?
