Echelon Reward Zone Terms & Conditions

  • Each Echelon Premier membership with an active paid subscription is eligible for an Echelon Reward Zone account.
  • The Echelon Reward Zone is only available to the primary account holder of an active paid subscription to the Echelon Fit app (Premier membership).
  • Additional users and profiles are not eligible.
  • Login details are separate and distinct from your Premier membership account and access to the Echelon Fit App, which can be managed here.
  • If you have already activated your Reward Zone, you can sign in here.
  • If you have not activated your Reward Zone, please email us to request an activation link at cs@echelonfit.uk.
  • It can take up to 48 hours after purchasing a membership for your access to the Rewards Zone to be created.
  • Members with cancelled or expired subscriptions will lose access to their Reward Zone and benefits.
  • Some member-only promotions and discounts are accessible via the Reward Zone exclusively.
  • Echelon Rewards and referral history are accessible only via the Reward Zone.
  • Access to the Reward Zone is included as part of an Echelon Premier membership at no additional cost.
  • FitPass-only memberships are not eligible.
  • Commercial subscriptions are not eligible.
  • The Echelon Rewards platform is managed by Endurance Zone. Use of the Echelon Rewards platform is subject to their terms and conditions found here.
  • Discounts, promotions, rewards and messaging displayed in the Reward Zone may change at any time and without notice.
