When you want to see what the hype is all about, try...


Our Barre fitness classes feature a combination of classical ballet and pilates-based movement, with a focus on high repetition, micromovement-based exercises, and smaller ranges of motion to achieve results. For this online workout, we recommend using a chair, arm of a sofa, a counter top, or a ballet barre, if you have one lying about.


For a low impact class that strengthens and lengthens your core muscles whilst also improving posture and flexibility, check out Pilates. To up the intensity, we suggest incorporating lights weights into this practice, but that is optional.

Taste of Zumba®

Echelon's Taste of Zumba® online fitness class consists of a 20- to 30-minute adaptation of the total-body dance-fitness experience from Zumba. ® This class features energetic music and easy-to-learn dance moves that will lift your mood!

Boxing Bootcamp

Our Boxing Bootcamp classes are a high-impact total body class, with half the class being focused on boxing, and the other half being focused strength. Try out this online fitness class if you are looking to improve your boxing skills, whilst also building strength and cardio.


If you are looking to challenge your strength and flexibility while improving coordination and stamina, then our Kickboxing fitness class is the perfect choice for you. This is a high-energy class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Adding weights to this fitness class will increase the intensity!


The popular Echelon HIIT (high-intensity interval training) classes are a total-body workout that incorporates intervals of intermittent bursts of vigorous activity and periods of rest. This training method aims to maximize the cardiovascular system. For a short, but intense online fitness class, we recommend the HIIT class.

Increase Stamina


When you want to build strength, try...

Lower Body Strength

The Echelon Lower Body Strength online workouts are designed to help you build lower-body strength, and to tone and tighten your legs, glutes, and core. Weights are recommended for this class, but it can also be done with body weight only.

Upper Body Strength

To improve your upper body strength and to tones your arms, back, chest, shoulders, and core, choose our Upper Body Strength fitness classes. For these classes weights are required.

Total Body Strength

The Total Body Strength classes will see you push your body to the next level. These classes involve strength training intermixed with aerobic activity for a total-body burn that will continue once you finish the class! We would recommend using weights during this class, but this is optional.

When you want to practice mindfulness, try...

Athletic Yoga

Our Athletic Yoga class is a faster-paced vinyasa yoga practice, which focuses on linking your breath to your movement. This yoga class is guaranteed to help you build strength, cardio, flexibility, and balance.

Restorative Yoga

If you are needing some relaxation, then this online yoga class is the perfect option. Our Restorative Yoga classes incorporate healing yoga practices, whereby poses are held for longer periods of time to enhance relaxation and provide a calming effect.

Slow Flow Yoga

The Echelon Slow Flow Yoga fitness classes are a more leisurely-paced vinyasa yoga practice that links breath with movement. However, unlike athletic yoga, this class focuses on holding poses for longer periods of time.

Practice Mindfulness


When you want to target specific muscle groups, try...

Arms and Abs

This fitness class provides a quick burn for your arms and abs, and is focused on creating definition for your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and core. Weights are also recommended but are optional.

Core Strength

Target your core and lower back in our Core Strength fitness class. Using functional movements, this class aims to enhance total body endurance, power, strength, and stability. Weights can be incorporated to add more intensity.

Glutes and Thighs

For sculpted glutes and thighs on lifting and sculpting your glutes and thighs, give this fitness class a go. Weights are recommended if you want to feel an extra burn.
