30 Day Home Trial Offer Terms & Conditions

  • Try any of our connected fitness equipment in your own home for 30 days when you purchase a 1 or 2-year membership. Purchasing a monthly membership invalidates the free trial offer, in which case, our standard return policy applies. 
  • You can use your equipment and enjoy the Echelon Fit app for 30 days from the day you receive it.
  • We will deliver your equipment to a room of your choice.
  • You have the option to choose assembly during checkout at your own cost.
  • You must keep the original box, all packing materials and documentation so you can repack the product in the event you decide to return it.
  • Returns are free-of-charge if you decide Echelon is not for you. Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the equipment. Assembly costs cannot be refunded.
  • To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt to arrange collection.  
  • We will verify that you still have your packaging and send you dismantling instructions. You are responsible for dismantling and repacking the unit to prepare it ready for collection.
  • If you no longer have the original packaging, a re-boxing fee of £29.99 will be deducted from your refund.
  • You must return the undamaged equipment along with the instruction manual and other documentation, power adapter and any provided tools. 
  • We reserve the right to charge you for any damage to the equipment or elements that are missing.
  • We reserve the right to deduct the value of any gift card you received from your refund if the items purchased with it have been used and can not be returned to us in a saleable condition.
  • Once your equipment is confirmed received by our warehouse, we will process a refund for the item(s) returned and the membership subscription.  
  • We will send you a refund confirmation email, and your refund will take 3 - 5 working days to reach you, depending on your payment method.
  • Offer valid from 1 March 2023.
