12 Days of FITMAS 2024 Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Open to all current Echelon members with an active membership at the time of participation.
Participants must complete the designated ride live as listed in the schedule to qualify for that day’s prize.
Employees of Echelon Fitness, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
Complete the scheduled Christmas Giveaway Ride live on the specified day and time as per the official schedule.
Eligible participants will automatically be entered into the draw for that day’s prize.
3. Prize Selection and Announcement
Winners are selected at random by the Echelon team
Daily winners will be announced in the Official Echelon Facebook Communities on 3rd January 2025.
4. Prizes
A different prize will be awarded each day.
Prizes are revealed the day prior to each ride via email and in the official community at 5 PM GMT/12 PM ET.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Travel/Accommodation will not be covered for any prizes, specifically the in-studio ride recordings.
Prizes are available for US and UK residents only.
In the event the prize is not available for a selected winner based on the winner’s location, the winner will receive an Echelon gift card of equal value.
5. Notification of Winners
Winners will be contacted via email and announced in the official Facebook Community post.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of the announcement, Echelon reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions
Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Echelon to use their name and likeness in promotional materials.
Echelon reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these terms or are deemed fraudulent.
7. Schedule
The giveaway runs from December 13th to December 24th, 2024, with one prize per day.
The schedule of rides, instructors, and prizes will be shared in advance.
Full details for each ride and prize will be shared the day prior via email and in the community.
8. Liability
Echelon is not responsible for technical difficulties, network issues, or other circumstances preventing participation.
Echelon reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
