PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

Echelon Fitness is giving away prizes to randomly selected members who participate in select activities duringMember Appreciation Week, which runs from17 November 2025 at 11:00 AM GMT and ends on23 November 2025 at 4:59 AM GMT (“Promotion Period”).

The promoter of this Contest isEchelon Fitness Multimedia Ltd. (“Echelon” or “Promoter”). By participating in the Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Promoter is responsible for administering the Contest, including the collection and processing of entries. Entrants should contact the Promoter directly with any questions regarding the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open toresidents of the United Kingdom agedeighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, board members, and owners ofEchelon Fitness Multimedia Ltd. or any of its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.

The Contest is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

PRIZE

ONE (1) eligible winner will receiveONE (1) £100 EchelonFit.co.uk store credit voucher.

• Voucher isnot redeemable for cash or for use with any other retailer.
  
  

• Shipping costs arenot included and must be paid separately.
  
  

• Onlyone (1) prize per person and per household will be awarded.
  
  

• Prizes arenon-transferable and cannot be substituted, except at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
  
  

• If the advertised prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize ofequal or greater value.
  
  

• TheApproximate Retail Value (ARV) represents the Promoter’s good faith determination and is final.
  
  

• Echelon accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen prizes once issued.
  
  

All taxes or fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, eligible Echelon Members may enter by submittinguser-generated content (“UGC”) — such as photos, short videos, or written testimonials — that reflect their Echelon experience.

Entries may be submitted in one of the following ways:

1. Via the official Typeform entry form, including a valid email address; or
   
   

2. By posting in the officialEchelon Members Facebook Group using the hashtag#MyEchelonGym.
   
   

All entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible.

Each Entrant is entitled toone (1) entry per prize. Duplicate entries using the same email address or account will be counted as one (1) submission. Automated or robotic entries will be disqualified.

The Promoter’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

Entrants may enterwithout submitting content by providing theirname and email address via the officialEchelon online form during the Promotion Period.

No purchase or subscription is necessary to enter or win.
Purchasing Echelon products or subscribing to Echelon servicesdoes not increase your chances of winning.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries (including AMOE entries) following the conclusion of Member Appreciation Week.

If there are no eligible participants, or fewer participants than prizes available, fewer or no prizes may be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be contacted byemail ordirect message via the platform used for entry (e.g., Facebook). All winners will be notified by1 December 2025.

The winner mustaccept their prize within 5 business days of notification by replying as instructed by the Promoter.

If a winner does not respond, or if notification is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The winner may be required to complete aPrize Acceptance Form confirming eligibility and consent for publicity purposes.

GRANT OF RIGHTS

By submitting UGC, participants grant Echelon Fitness and its affiliates aworldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt the content across Echelon’s marketing channels, including its website, social media, emails, and advertisements.

Participants represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to the content submitted and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

PRIVACY

Personal data collected during the Contest will be processed in accordance withUK data protection laws (UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018) and Echelon’sPrivacy Policy at https://echelonfit.uk/privacy-policy.

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes by Echelon without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• Technical issues or lost entries due to connectivity problems;
  
  

• Unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries;
  
  

• Any malfunction or failure of equipment, software, or network systems;
  
  

• Lost, delayed, or corrupted data; or
  
  

• Injury, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.
  
  

In the event the Contest cannot operate as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, including fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond Echelon’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest.

GOVERNING LAW

This Contest and these Rules are governed by the laws ofEngland and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts ofEngland and Wales.
