ECHELON FITNESS MEMBER APPRECIATION WEEK GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

Echelon Fitness is giving away a variety of prizes to randomly selected members who participate in selected activities duringMember Appreciation Week, which runs from17 November 2025 at 06:00 GMT to23 November 2025 at 23:59 GMT (“Promotion Period”).

The promoter of this Giveaway is Echelon Fitness Multimedia Ltd, 41 Twyford Avenue, London N2 9NU (“Echelon” or “Promoter”).
By entering, each participant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Promoter is responsible for the collection and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY

This Giveaway is open toresidents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) aged18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees, instructors, brand ambassadors, affiliates, officers, directors, board members and owners of Echelon Fitness Multimedia Ltd, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or members of the same household, arenot eligible to participate.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations and isvoid where prohibited.

PRIZES

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

Total approximate value of all prizes combined:£2842 GBP

Onlyone prize per person or household will be awarded.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for another of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable.

All taxes or other charges arising from prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter during the Promotion Period, eligible members must completeone (1) Member Appreciation Week–themed class on the corresponding date:

Members who participate in a themed class (Live or On Demand) by23 November 2025, 23:59 GMT will automatically be entered for that day’s prize drawing.

Each Entrant is limited toone (1) entry per prize. Multiple entries using the same name, email address, or account will be counted as one. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

No purchase or membership is necessary to enter or win.

Entries must be received by23 November 2025 at 23:59 GMT.

Entries via AMOE will be treated equally to all other entries.
Purchasing an Echelon product or app subscriptionwill not improve your chances of winning.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be chosen in arandom drawing from all eligible entries received via both participation and AMOE, conducted on or about25 November 2025.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified byemail orsocial media direct message (depending on the method of entry) no later than1 December 2025.
Winners must respond within7 days of notification and may be required to complete aPrize Claim Form andLiability Release. Failure to respond in time may result in forfeiture of the prize.

If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or a winner is found ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Personal data collected during this Giveaway will be handled in accordance withUK data protection laws, including theUK GDPR andData Protection Act 2018, and the Echelon Privacy Policy available atechelonfit.com/privacy-policy.

All data will be processed for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and stored on secure servers within theUK or EEA.
By entering, Entrants consent to being contacted by Echelon regarding their entry and the Giveaway. Entrants may withdraw consent at any time.

Winners agree that theirname and county of residence may be published in accordance with UK advertising regulations (CAP Code, Rule 8.28.5).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• technical failures, errors, or interruptions affecting entry submission;
  
  

• lost, delayed, or misdirected entries;
  
  

• unavailability of any platform, service, or class;
  
  

• any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use.
  
  

Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

If, for any reason, the Giveaway cannot run as planned (including fraud, technical failure, or causes beyond the Promoter’s control), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.
In such a case, prizes may be awarded in a fair and equitable manner at the Promoter’s discretion.

This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with thelaws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to theexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
