Meet Alex

“Simple as that.”

Alex has more than 20 years experience in the industry. He has completed everything from HYROX and Tough Mudder, to Marathons and an Ironman.

His qualifications include a Sports Degree, PT, Sports Coaching and Physical Rehab, as well as an Honours Degree in Sports Management.

He enjoys helping people become better versions of themselves and helping people rebuild after injury.

A: Two. Beautiful girls. A Cocker Spaniel named Willow and a Birman named Biscuit.
