Returns Portal
We really hope you love your Echelon products, but if for any reason you would like to return it to us, please follow the following steps:
- Make sure that the items you are sending back are in NEW condition and in the ORIGINAL packaging.
- Click on the returns portal link below (note: you will need your email address and order number.)
- Select the Item you wish to return and whether you prefer a store credit or refund.
- Click submit and wait for approval.
- Once approved, complete, cut out and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
- Post the item from your local post office. You are responsible for paying postage costs, and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
