Returns Process

We really hope you love your Echelon products, but if for any reason you would like to return it to us, please follow the following steps:

  1. Make sure that the items you are sending back are in NEW condition and in the ORIGINAL packaging.
  2. Access the Returns Portal here.
  3. Enter your email address and ECHUK# order number.
  4. Select the Item you wish to return and whether you prefer a store credit or refund.
  5. Click submit and wait for approval.
  6. Once approved, you will receive a return label by email. Print, cut it out and attach to the outside of the package.
  7. Returns can be sent from your local post office.
    Please note: You are responsible for paying postage costs to return your items, and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
  8. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
