Returns Portal

We really hope you love your Echelon products, but if for any reason you would like to return it to us, please follow the following steps:

  1. Make sure that the items you are sending back are in NEW condition and in the ORIGINAL packaging.
  2. Click on the returns portal link below (note: you will need your email address and order number.)
  3. Select the Item you wish to return and whether you prefer a store credit or refund.
  4. Click submit and wait for approval.
  5. Once approved, complete, cut out and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
  6. Post the item from your local post office. You are responsible for paying postage costs, and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
  7. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
