Following the continued success of Sage’s Prenatal Workout Series, we are excited to announce that we are launching brand new prenatal classes on the Echelon Fit App on the 8th of August!
This time last year, Echelon UK instructor Sage Figueroa launched our very first prenatal series, whilst pregnant with her daughter. The series was specifically designed to help mothers-to-be stay healthy during their pregnancy, providing safe and effective exercise that takes them through trimester 1 to 3.
Centred around short, strength training, Sage’s prenatal classes were just 15 minutes long and featured workouts that were focused on building prenatal mobility, core, upper body, and lower body. These prenatal classes are still available on the FitPass section of the Echelon Fit App.
The new prenatal class series, launching on the 8th of August, focuses on combining both strength and light cardio workouts for expecting mothers. Taught by Echelon UK instructor Carly, the new prenatal series will feature longer 20-30 minute prenatal strength classes, and for a more well-rounded workout, will include low impact, prenatal cycle classes that will range from 15-30 minute long.
